a saying that is used when someone doesn't understand a piece of media/literature. refers to the show/manga "chainsaw man."

Person 1: "The man who was murdered in the story the Tell Tale Heart by Edgar Allen Poe was actually alive the whole time and it was his heart was beating in the floorboards!"
Person 2: "The reading comprehension devil strikes again!"

someone who circulates in the group chat often. this person (in most cases) is not aware of this however. usually someone the group chat makes fun of.

Person 1: "Sarah is our group chat celebrity."
Person 2: "Yup! We talk about her all the time."
