possibly the dirtiest word in the world. Smeeze is a form of dirty slut. It can also be used to describe a person who is a bitch, fag, pussy, or a person of questionable character. This person most likely has no self respect and enjoys receiving anal and oral sex. An utter embarassment.

"Have you met Patrick Fagerty?"
"Yeah, he's weird. I think he's a smeeze."
