This term combines "mirror," reflecting the idea of seeing oneself in another, and "admiration," which conveys the respect and high regard one has for the other person. Mirrodmiration encapsulates the feeling of recognizing and admiring qualities in someone else that you identify with or aspire to embody yourself. It's about seeing a reflection of your best traits or the traits you desire in someone else and feeling a deep connection because of it.

When I told her, 'If I was a girl, I would be like you,' it was the highest form of mirrodmiration, because I saw in her all the qualities I value in myself and those I aspire to have.

algorithm anxiety

For algorithms that aim to give or tell you something you want based on a person's input data, such as likes, shares, interactions. Examples include, social media ads, feed algorithms, song recommendation algorithms.

Algorithm anxiety is when a person gets anxious about their inputs to the algorithm as it might give the algorithm the wrong idea.
and/or
When a person is anxious about what the output of the algorithm is, as they may feel it's 'not them' or how they might be manipulated by it.

"Shit, I accidentally liked that song, that's just ruined my algorithm. I'm so anxious now to like songs I don't actually like, I have algorithm anxiety."

"I keep getting ads for these boots, should I buy them? do I like them? or are they just being drilled into me from the algorithm? what if these clothes s I bough were a product of the algorithm and not actually my decisions?! OK I have algorithm anxiety now. "
