a bowel movement that is taken when one has a tough problem that needs to be solved and a solution can only be found with 10 or more minutes of un-interrupted minutes on the toilet.

The act of receiving oral sex from an individual with no teeth. Especially popular among drug addicts, elderly, and people with poor hygiene.
