A Lesfro is a no-nonsense hair style often sported by middle aged lesbians. It resembles a mullet, but is curly and poofy, often the result of a home perm. The style was / is popular among lesbians with physically active jobs, like police officers, tennis pros, gym teachers, etc. The top of a Lesfro could be shorter than the back, but it was never cropped, and the curl added a touch of femininity... sort of.

Most often found in hypochondriacs and people who have Munchausen's disorder, even doctors are puzzled by the illness, as the doctor can not find anything wrong with the patient but the patient insists there is an issue.
My cousin says she has a rare disease, even though the doctors say there is nothing wrong. Must be spinal perplexia.
