adj : have difficult or incomplete or infrequent evacuation of fart gases.

adj: when you have to fart, but nothing comes out.

stomach may become very bloated with methane gas during this time, best solution is to wait it out, beware of stench afterwards.

adj : you can't crap no matter how hard you try, sometimes only gas comes out
