fartstipated

adj : have difficult or incomplete or infrequent evacuation of fart gases.

adj: when you have to fart, but nothing comes out.

stomach may become very bloated with methane gas during this time, best solution is to wait it out, beware of stench afterwards.

Damn, I haven't farted in 2 hours, I must be fartstipated.
