Will is not only a mutton-headed weiner, he is also a ninny fool who has disgusting, blond, mussy hair. He strictly wears a silvery oversized, stalker type of jacket, but on fancy occasions, he will a chain and beret. He is always out of the loop and sits with his dinglehopper loud and proud! He cannot speak Spanish or any language and he he hates tomatoes. He's cringy. That's all I can say.
