Commonly used in the programming sector to define someone who is new to the subject language/ and or over-glorifies mundane scripts.

It is combination of "script" and "kid"; Script kid.

Person 1: "He downloading a pinger and thinks it's a DoS tool"
Person 2: "God, what a fucking skid"
