A poor, almost abandoned town in Missouri with a population of less than 180 people and a whopping 13 blocks. Usually full of old people and little annoying kids.

"Hey, wanna go run around Parnell?"

"Yeah, I've got 7 minutes to spare. What's a few blocks gonna hurt?"
