A tunapenis is simply when your penis is starved for attention and feels like ripping out of ur pants. The penis is calm and maybe talkative in some sort. You give your penis attention, but it insists on other peoples. Your penis is all like WHOA and like crazy when it doesnt get the attention. Suggestions is to put it in a bowl of cerial and let it sog and calm it down.
