A topper is the final act of pleasure when administering a hand job. It involves striking the tip of the penis with the palm of the hand, just before climax. A topper usually requires great force, and may be accompanied by a loud, "Booyah!" or "Jingle Jangle." Variations on the topper include slicing or circular motions.
