Pob

Post Orgasmic Bliss: the state of being after having an orgasm; to wallow in peace and tranquility; to float in a pool of endorphins.

After some amazing sex with a Brazilian model, I had to pob for a whole 5 minutes.

When I pobbed last night, I thought I was on another planet.
