The neon coloured bands fastened around the wrists of people 21 and older upon entering a club or bar to let the bartenders know that they are allowed to drink alochol. The opposite of Minor Shackles.

Minor Marks

The large black X's used to mark the back of a minor's hands upon entering a club or bar to let the bartenders know they are underage. Sometimes accompanied by Minor Shackles.
Girl #1: I gotta get to a bathroom and scrub off these Minor Marks.

Girl #2: It's no use. They use permanent marker. Looks like you're staying sober tonight.
