A Larry Letdown is used to describe someone who cancels plans or backs out of something that was previously arranged
(N.B. Can still be used even when the person has a perfectly reasonable excuse)

An alcoholic drink normally consumed during celebrations e.g. Christmas, New year etc.

Consists of fresh orange juice and champagne

Simple and delicious!!
