whitey 

A stereotypical high ranked executive in the corporate ladder. Usually white. Usually oppress on the poor minorities. CEOs are great examples. It can also be any powerful person in any ladder, such as drug cartels.

Drug dealers buy Jordans,and crackheads buy crack, but whitey gets paid off of all of that.
