Belief in the power of intercessionary prayer to cure disease or illness. Separated from doing nothing only by the fact that you've probably put your hands together and talked to yourself somewhat.

Accounts of successful faith healing are about as credible as a person of average height standing right in front of you and declaring, 'I am seventeen feet tall, honest guv.'

Someone who hasn't yet grown out of being an attention seeking psychobabbler. A very mediocre kind of troll.

Conspiracy theorist: "Reptilians control the world's most prominent bloodlines!"

Unfortunate listener: "Zzzz..."

Conspiracy theorist: "You are blind to THEIR lies, person who won't hang on every word I blather! I pour scorn upon you!"

Unfortunate listener: "Yeah, whatever."

blasphemy

Saying something that goes against the teachings of your average great and holy moot point (see religion). Thought to offend god/s.

Person 1: "I don't believe Jesus was the son of God."

Person 2: "Blasphemy!"
