This noun is used to refer to a Nonbinary's pecs/tits. Typically, when said NB has enough mass allocated to it to become noticeable or easily spotted. As well as when the NB asks you to refer to their chest as such.

"Death hook" refers to when someone who's playing the game, Dead by Daylight, their character has been hooked at least twice.
Upon their last and third hook, their character dies, so thus the name, "Death hook" was coined.
