This guy is that dude everyone loves, you just get cast under a spell by the bastard. He's one of the funniest guys out there, he'll probably take your girl too so watch out for the bitch. They're very rare and come once in a while so have a great time while he's with you. Basically the life of any party and walks with a bunch of side buddies.
