Someone who is obsessed with attires and simps over outfits. Wants to redo her wardrobe but doesn't have that sort of money. So she keeps buying more clothes on every occasion and then keeps revisting them. She especially loves sweat shirts, cardigans and hoodies.

Friend 1: Hey so how was your date?
Friend 2: It could have been better if I dressed better. She was an Utahir.

Mutahira 

Mutahira is that one girl who drinks coffee as if it was water. She would know the best food places. She is gem of a person but a little introvert at times.

I was hungry but thank God she was a mutahira and we had great time
