Something that is difficult and causes struggle or strain to a high degree.

I understand you're extremely busy all the time, but I really don't think your circumstances are so externiating that you can't literally take twenty seconds out of your day to text me and keep me updated.

Pseudonewism

Something that seems new but actually isn't.

I completely understand that you think walking is the best form of cardio and you think this is a new idea you're having and sharing it with everyone, but this isn't the first time someone has felt original for sharing something that's actually pseudonewism, especially when so many have thought of it before.
