Hysto Gut

The large belly a woman gets after getting a hysterectomy. Typically the largest area is from the naval to the top of the pubic bone.

This can also be attributed to someone with a big gut in general.

Damn- people shouldn't wear low rise jeans when their hysto gut is hanging over the top.
