Get the Hard candymug. Hardly any change doesn't make things worse. Telling people things will get worse before they get better is misleading, but it sounds good. The reality is things often get worse before they keep getting worse and worse, spiraling out of control in the end. The light at the end of a tunnel isn't guaranteed to be daylight, and people that rely on someone else to pull them from the darkness are fucked, but nobody tells them they are.

Get the Changemug. A guy that thinks being well over 6 feet makes him invincible and invulnerable. Like Napoleon syndrome, not all guys over 6 foot 4 have Goliath syndrome. The man from the Guinness book of records most likely did not have Goliath's syndrome despite being nearly 9 feet tall. This could have been what they say about giants not having long life spans. Mostly a guy over 6 feet that likes to pick on people who are under 6 feet, but wouldn't pick on somebody over 6'4, 6'6, this is Goliath's syndrome at work.
That albino kid Silas has bad Goliath syndrome man. Somebody at this school is gonna decapitate that freak if he doesn't quit putting them in wall lockers, he never fights with the football players, basketball team or the teachers always just the kids he think can't stand up to him.

Get the Goliath syndromemug. A few members of the canine family, from domesticated members of it to wolves would pretend to protect as many sheep as they could by trying to look sheepish themselves. It was a deception that usually worked on the masses.

Get the Unbearablemug. Doing something good doesn't make something bad you did go away. There is no righting wrongs or turning horrors into fairy tales. The one chance you have to right a wrong is when you have the choice to do the wrong, or not do the wrong. If you fuck up, you fucked up, and it comes with consequences, it's as simple as that. There is no erasing one history and replacing it with something that seems to make everybody smile because that isn't reality. The reality is, there are things humans have fucked up at in this country for a long time. One of them was that until yesterday, there had never been a female holding an office as a head of state or a vice head of state. A female getting elected to that position didn't right a wrong, the wrong remains, and the choices will also remain in the future. Racism is also like that, it doesn't get better or go away with time, it has to be worked on otherwise nothing gets done.
Spending a lot of time trying to right wrongs takes time away from things you can take your time on and not fuck up from here, since trying to right wrongs gets nothing done. If you have time to live your life ashamed of every wrong thing you had ever done, you can live your life ashamed, but you're still going to have a lot of shit to do at some point, and there's less and less time to get it done with every day that passes.
