A reopening that makes people feel a sense of morale boost, like they are the ones benefitting from stores, businesses, and restaurants not being shut down anymore. Somebody starts a petition and all of a sudden everything is open again, yet nobody is questioning whether the one who started the petition might have had something to do with everything shutting down in the first place.
The girl was the one to start the petition that reopened everything. That is a lot of power for one person to have. Wouldn't it take the same kind of power to have everything shut down as well? It seems more like a Machiavellian reopening than a true morale boost.

People who claim they are gregarious all the time are full of shit, and usually have lots of people around them at all times as a crutch, since on their own they're weak people.

Get the Gregariousmug. Roy Cooper isn't frustrated, he doesnt have to be frustrated with anything, he's a governor. At least part of his job involves frustrating other people, not getting frustrated himself.
Roy Cooper is trying to persuade people in his state that he's as frustrated as they are, but they are not the governor, just like he is not one of them, he's the governor. He's no more on their side than the media or any other corporate entity.

Get the Roy Coopermug. A substance that can be melted down into liquid and used as a fuel, weaponized, or used for more than any resource on earth. Many people would have a financial interest in it if it could be found, since having it would be a lot like having control of gold, oil, and nuclear weapons all in one substance.
Once humans found the unobtainium on Pandora, people living in Pandora neighborhoods started selling their houses cheap. Blue people called humans speciesist/human racist in the later additions/sequels to avatar when a planet wide war broke out at the same time as a planet wide famine, plaque, and natural disasters on Pandora. Humans started asking other humans for donations to support their organizations for saving Pandorian food, children, elderly persecuted, and animal life. There was also cheap Pandorian real estate available for humans who wanted to own property in another planet.

Get the Unobtainiummug. Someone who says they're mad about somebody else over 18 watching porn isnt really mad, they're insecure. Watching porn isnt the same thing as fucking the porn stars, so when one person in a relationship says to the other one is that what you want or something like that, really the guy watching the porn should say yes, that's exactly what I want, that's why I bought this stuff to watch. It might make sense for a porn to star to see the other porn star in a different video fucking another porn star and say is that what you want? We're done making videos of us fucking then. But then again, they're really just actors, so none of it would really matter to them, that's why it's silly for someone to say they're mad about someone else watching porn (especially somebody over age 18).
Porn is really the illusion of two people who hardly know each other (if they've met before) acting scenes of them fucking as a couple would, it's a silly thing to get mad about or react to in the first place, which is why you know a female that says she's mad about some guy watching porn is full of shit, she's not mad, she's really just insecure. A lot of times, a guy watches porn for a laugh, not to study people or jerk off, since those are weird reasons to watch a porno. It's weird to really get turned on by watching two people you never met fuck, you wouldn't watch two people you know fuck (for excitement or any other reason). It's also not something to freak out over, a guy having porn or a porn collection.

Another difference between a comedian and a joke is a comedian is not desperate to come off as someone with a sense of humor. Yet another difference between a comedian and a joke is a comedian doesn't usually try to come off as more than a comedian (sex symbol, action/war junkie, athlete/jock, political activist/world leader, rock star, martial arts fighter, assassin, and so on added on as extra for some comedians).
The comedian just makes people laugh, he/she doesn't claim to be the underdog comedian, the comedian who tries to do work in five different areas so the people who laughed at him would take him seriously, he/she just makes people laugh which is why he/she is funny and some jokes are not.
