Extrovert facade
Some people try to hide their inner nerd behind a streetwise or athletic facade, or some other facade they think will get people to hand over a key to something. They try to out disarm anybody that might try to disarm them, to the point that it's kind of silly.
He/she had learned to keep his/her extrovert facade most, if not all of his/her life so that most people that had met him/her and didn't know him/her well would believe in it, though it had always been transparent to one or two that knew him/her well.

Andrew Cuomo scandal
It seems more like an attempt to blackmail a government official already in power by another party that wants to gain power by ousting someone in an indirect way.
The accusers in the Andrew Cuomo Scandal are about as direct in their their intentions as a flight from New York to Istanbul that stops in South Africa and India first.

Narcissist
A female that thinks she is some kind of big deal sex symbol if she gets a guy somewhere to agree with her view of herself, that males can't resist her.
The girl is a narcissist that hears what she wants to hear about herself. Anybody can tell somebody something they think the other person would want to hear, but how many people really mean anything they say these days?
