Someone who's go to social skill is to call everybody they meet sir.

Kiss ass- I'm just trying to be respectful, sir.
Guy- You're kissing ass again. Quit kissing my ass, I got a name too.

Disciplined

An ass whooping or corporal punishment is discipline, so somebody who got an ass whooping got disciplined, and somebody who got anything else didn't get disciplined, they just got talked to, or made to feel guilty about behavior.

No matter what the news tells you, anybody (employees) who did not get their ass whooped did not get disciplined.

The gold digger admired the guys bank account for what it was, but would have thought the guy was a mess who needed therapy and had problems if he wasn't as rich as he was.

Over indulged

Spoiled beyond having an attitude, sense of entitlement, or laziness, outspoiling, expecting to be rich and in charge of everything, mollycoddling.

He/she had always been over indulged beyond some of the other people he/she called spoiled hypocrites with double standards.
