Someone who dedicates one's time and resources to the financial success of a dedicated other, by handling any and all domestic duties in full, such as cleaning, decorating, handling the process of paying bills, any family obligations such as sending birthday cards. Also does light business administration duties as well such as bookkeeping, expense reports, filing and other paperwork.
