A mixed drink made of 1/2 parts Guinness 1/2 parts Hot Chocolate. Named after a blue ski route at Keystone resort, it is a commonly served drink at local watering holes and vendors at the resort.

I’ll order a Gassy Thompson for that lady in blue at the corner of the bar.
