Niggen

A niggen (also spelled niggun and nig'n) is a wordless melody sung acapella. Because they are wordless, they tend to be learned phonetically with repetition and some improvisation. They are popular among Chasidic Jews, and other Jewish groups, as a kind of lead-in to more traditional liturgy.

Before we begin our traditional prayers, we like to warm up with a niggen or two.

(phrasal verb) To remove all clothing in order to relax.

After a long day in sweaty work clothes, I can't wait to just nude down and chill.

fritzing out

(phrasal verb) When you're "fritzing out" you're losing your grip on objective reality and paranoia is kicking in. You think others are plotting against you and so you take decisive action them thereby increasing the likelihood that people really are plotting to get rid of you because you're insane.

Trump is totally fritzing out. He thinks that the people closest to him are secretly plotting against him. That's why he fired James Comey and Sean Spicer and is tweeting against Jeff Sessions.
