A person, specifically a man, with the intention to criminalize one's kiester cannon. Also known as butt rape.

Charlie is a butt criminal, he ravaged many of asses in his day. In Charlie's profession of priesthood he had many opportunities to criminalize little children's rectums/butt pipes.
