A Twitch slang in gaming, means using a safe spot in a game to your advantage, in combat or in hiding, which was not originally created for this purpose. Can be considered a form of hacking by some gamers.

A gathering of half-drunk half-stoned teenagers playing Pokemon Go in a public spot after hours, more often than not creating disturbances for the public.

Police dispatch: "Attention all units! A pokemob is in progress in 22 Square. Proceed with caution, I repeat, proceed with caution!"

Officer 1: "Fuck! Again?!"

Officer 2: "Let's roll. (thinking) I gotta catch that Squirtle!"

Derived from "goober" - US prison slang meaning "dumb person". Used in Mexican-American hip-hop/trap communities since the early 2010s to refer to young rappers having been sentenced for their first time. Basically, a newbie rapper who's been to jail, a jail-virgin.
