Declinvite

The process of declining an invitation with yet another invitation; A way to say no to a person's invitation in a friendly way by throwing back an invite instead of a "no thanks."
Harry: "Hey Bill, me and some buddies are barbequing at my house tonight, wanna join us?"

Bill: "Man, wish I could. I'm already planning on grilling some burgers at Lola's house. She has some pretty hot friends. Why don't you come with me?"
