Shorty 

Usually, just a person your taller than, and when said person gets taunted with said nickname, they'll become dangerous. Defensive little creatures that fight back when you poke and prod. May also become flustered, so look out.
(Applies to anyone, gender, race, etc..)

"Ha, your not tall enough shorty"
"Don't worry, you can hurt me shorty"
