Short for total. Often connected to L-words for the full effect. TOTALanis Occaisionally an acronym for "tricked out truck antennas."

An individual with maniacal symptoms of pneumonia. A hacking cougher that keeps you awake all night, causing you to be an insomniac. Alternate spelling: pneumaniac.

Woman, you kept me awake all night with your cough! Stop being such a pneumoniac and get that checked out!

Luff

Luff is a synonym for flatulence, or more commonly, the fart. Its original use was from sailing, from the sound a flapping sail makes. Also shortened from "fluff."

"Dude, did you just luff? It stinks like a nasty fart in here."
