Used to describe a buddy who is whooped by his wife/girlfriend and can't be out too late with his friends. If he should stay out past designated curfew, he will come home to extremes bitchiness.

Eric: Where's Chris? He didn't finish his beer.
Ben: The wife said he had to be home by 10pm.

Term used to define a strip club that is so dirty, you know you're going to leave with some sort of contagious infection.
