Shopping cart

A shopping cart is, to the untrained eye, a device for holding your groceries. But, to a skateboarder, a shopping cart is an obstacle you can ollie over, grind, and ride in. To find an abandoned one of these is like finding a ticket to FUN!

Today I ollied over a shopping cart from a 3 foot ledge.

50-50

1) A 50-50 is a skateboarding/snowboarding trick where you jump on to a rail, and grind the rail with your body parallel to the rail. This trick is the base for 5-0s, Nosegrinds, Crookeds, and Salads.

2) A 50-50 on a pipe is where you come up to an Axle Stall at an angle, and get on to the coping in Axle stall style, then you slide along the coping a little, then you drop back in.

50-50s are a simple, yet tight trick.

stubbins

When you try to stab someone with an object, and the sharp tip suddenly breaks, when you stab the person it was considered a stubbins.

Dewd! That didn't hurt, because it was a stubbins. Loser!

Blunt Fakie

A skateboarding trick for minipipe where your skateboard goes all the way up to the coping (in regular stance), and you rest for a short time on your back trucks, then ollie(jump) and land back on the coping with your front truck above the coping, then you roll back down in fakie stance.

Axle stall

A skateboarding trick where you go up to the coping on minipipe, turn 90 degrees, and lean back on your heels, therefore ending up with both trucks on the coping, and being stationary. To get out, lift up your front truck, lean forward, and pivot back 90 degrees, and come back down in the stance you came in. These are also the base for a 50-50 on a minipipe.

Axle stalls look cool.
