The gunk people leave on their toothbrush when they are done brushing their teeth

I hate using his bathroom because the toothwaste I have to see in the sink and on his toothbrush is disgusting.

I wish I could get some help from those freeloaders over there but no matter what I "try" to give to them they won't budge.

Premier venue

A supreme and posh area or space occupied by or intended for something such as sharing ideas or holding an event

If I rent an apartment here for $13,000 then I should hope I am within walking distance to a premier venue.
