(passive verb) When one person states a fact correctly and another person "corrects" that person with wrong information.

Carlos: "The Mexican flag has an eagle in the center."

Jeff: "No, there's no eagle on the flag. Only Red, white, and green."
Carlos: "I hate being incorrected by ignorant gabachos!"

adj. Not pertaining to Mexican standards. Lacking the necessary characteristics that would allow something to be described as Mexican.

Tito's tacos are tasteless and are full of unMexican yellow cheese. It's an insult to Mexican food.
