A dog poop left behind by someone who should have picked it up. It is objectively disgusting, in a place it doesn't belong, represents selfish irresponsibility, is dangerous to public health, and someone got away with something by leaving it there.

cope session

An unpleasant task that you would prefer to put off, or that you have put off, such as major cleaning, organizing, bill-paying, or even a sensitive discussion in some cases.

"Dude, look at this place. It's a disaster! You need to have a serious cope session in here."
