A dog poop left behind by someone who should have picked it up. It is objectively disgusting, in a place it doesn't belong, represents selfish irresponsibility, is dangerous to public health, and someone got away with something by leaving it there.
"Dammit, Sally, we've got to put up a sign. That's the fourth trump I've had to clean up this week."
