A talented but severely underrated professional wrestler best known for his time in WWE and in ECW, where he was part of the famous New World Order parody, the Blue World Order. His wrestling skills are amazing, his promos are kinda "eh..." and his Dr. Stevie gimmick sucked the biggest hairiest balls known to mankind.

Blue World Order
Hilarious but campy ECW parody of the New World Order in WCW. Consisted of Big Stevie Richards, Hollywood Nova, and Da Blue Guy/The Blue Meanie. Together, they were a consistent tag team in late ECW. Other lessser known members of the world order included 7-11, Thomas "The Inchworm" Rodman, Stink, Taka Michinoku, Terry Boy, Dick Togo(last three, bWo Japan), and The Blue Tilly(parody of Blue Meanie).

When someone is about to do something, but as soon as they begin, they suddenly decide against it very quickly, similar to how former WWE superstar Santino Marella set a record in 2009 at the Royal Rumble for fastest person eliminated from the Royal Rumble at just 0:01.
