overshoot

A term from paintball. To intentionally or unintentionally repeatedly shoot an opponent after he has been eliminated. Different from bonus ball.

I did not mean to overshoot him, by the time the first ball hit four more were coming behind it.

bonus ball

A term from paintball. To intentionally shoot a person who has already been eliminated as retribution or pay back for a prior action by that player.

I saw him wipe three times last game so when he was walking off I gave him a bonus ball.

Charon

Charon, in Greek mythology, is the ferryman of the dead. The souls of the deceased are brought to him by Hermes, and Charon ferries them across the river Acheron. He only accepts the dead which are buried or burned with the proper rites, and if they pay him an obolus (coin) for their passage. For that reason a corpse had always an obolus placed under the tongue. Those who cannot afford the passage, or are not admitted by Charon, are doomed to wander on the banks of the Styx for a hundred years.

Charon ferries the dead across the river Acheron not the river Styx.

Wipe

A term from paintball. To intentionally remove or wipe off paint after being eliminated from a game in an effort to continue to play.

Hey ref, I saw the guy with the red marker wipe twice this game.
