A man who craves a certain substance, usually a drug. Various types of fiends exist, such as the tweaker, the crackfiend, the pothead, the cokehead, etc.

An area that is not hot. A place where many do drugs, or other illegal activities. Synonymous with cutty.

Dopium Tribe 

A group of fiends, joined together with a vow and a ritualistic smoke of the Golden Poppy. Usually seen with knives and spears, and hiding in the Botanical Gardens of San Francisco. A dangerous group of natives, unbeknownst to most San Franciscans.

Them 'Dopium Tribe' brothas know what I mean when I say, "Time fo sum kill". They break off dat green, smoke a nigga out, and if you lucky, they spice it up wit dat Golden Poppy too. Trust tha niggaz? Nah... Keep yo back on da wall at all times.
