smurse

A portmanteau of "smile" and "purse", as in pursing your lips. Commonly seen when white people make awkward eye contact with strangers in passing (who are usually non-white, and often black).

I was trying to get the attention of that cute white guy on the bus but when he saw me he just smursed and looked back at his Kindle.
