VSIP: Very Self-Important Person. Used to identify someone who is not a VIP (Very Important Person) but believes he/she is entitled to special treatment because he/she is obviously very special.
VIPs are important people. VSIPs are not.
VIPs are important people. VSIPs are not.
At the party: “Here comes Theo. He’s a VSIP. If he comes over don’t be nervous, just kiss his ring and you’ll get along just fine.

‘Fear of similarity” - from the Latin: Homeo (similar); phobic (fear) - The irrational fear that human beings are more alike than we are different. Homeophobia is the root of racism. Rather than seeking commonality - homeophobes actively seek to divide us.
