A measure of the amount of space that people use when in public places like sidewalks, exercise paths and public transportation(trains, buses, etc.)
Joe: Did you see that guy sitting across 2 seats on the train yesterday?

Mike: Yeah. He has a huge urban footprint for such a small guy.

A person who rides his bicycle on public excercise paths as if they are competing in a major race. They are typically subpar riders and are rude. Sometimes they wear yellow jerseys.

The act of travelling to and from work by physical means(running, biking, skating, roller blading, etc.) instead of using mass transit or a car.
Sid: How crowded was the subway this morning?

Nancy: I wouldn't know. I ride my bicycle everyday. I commutercise.
