A 'ryzee' is the collective noun (slang) for a group of 5 sausages or smallgoods such as mettwurst,
salami, etc. Commonly used in butchers, grocers or
even barbeques, in Southern, Central
Australia.
1. To Butcher: "Excuse me sir, could I please have a ryzee of your chilli
pork sausages?"
2. At a 'Bunnings' BBQ: "I have the
kids with me today, so could we please have a ryzee of those snags? Hold the
onion."
3. "I'm so hungry, I could eat a full ryzee right now."
