A type of glass pipe which resembles the shape of a lollipop. It is a long straight glass tube with a glass ball on the end that has a small opening at the top. Commonly used for smoking crystal methamphetamine.

Crackony

New nickname for the Tacony neighborhood located in Northeast Philly. The reason for it was due to the recent crack epidemic, an increase in section 8 housing, new pawn shops, and liquor stores.
