When a man cannot, for the life of him, find an item(can be any item, will often be of the "keys, wallet, phone" variety), and the item can only be located by a woman. Even though an exhaustive search was completed, the item in question will invariably be found in plain sight.

Stanley couldn't find the ketchup in the cabinet. Maria found it, right at the front, in 2.5 seconds. The ketchup was menvisible.

When an item cannot be seen or felt by a man until a woman points it out

The ketchup was manvisible to Fred in the fridge until Rebecca showed him where it was.
