The superior way to say shibby.

Shibbyibying = partying hard
Shibbyiby = beyond cool, super great.

"Shibbyiby!"
Shibbyiby is also a term for attractiveness, and as a rating.
Eg - "Shibbyiby!"
"Not shibbyiby... "

If someone is hot, they are shibbyiby

something that is scandalous and at the same time predicable.

Mike-"did you hear about the scandal with Gus?"
Chelsea-"ya but it was totally prescandalous."
