When a woman draws her finger across a man's upper lip after sticking it in her yeast infected snatch.
She wanted me to take her to the gynecologist for a yeast infection, but I was too busy playing Gears of War. Next thing I know she fucking did me dirty and "Dirty Gato'ed" me. After I barfed I immediately took her to the doctor.
