An extremely inconsiderate loud person. Often making noise just to get attention and feel superior.

Mike cranked up the volume of his laptop to the maximum setting. He is such a blad-blazer.

joepert

A joepert is a person who defends the choices he or she made after they prove to be bad decisions. They will often go to great lengths and convoluted explanations to convince people that the choice they made was correct although they are already suffering from the negative effects.

He told his wife that she was fat. He still thinks it was the right thing to do even though he now lives on the street. He is such a joepert.
