Usually a desperate attempt to keep dead forum threads going, this manifests as an internet troll/a-logger wannabe or forum member bringing up old things that the victim of their trolling tactics said and did from years ago as a means to get lulz when the lulz are already dying and there is nothing last. Also includes finding things that have little to no connection to said victim other this person remembered that the victim liked a certain character/actor/show and nothing more. A typical person who has this will use the term 'old news' when referring to the victim but is too stupid to realize that they themselves and the forum thread itself are 'old news'.
There he goes again, going on and on about how nostalgic he is for those lulz. He's got Lul-stalgia.
